Job Summary
The Compliance Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring neighborhood standards by conducting weekly inspections for homeowner association violations and assessing common areas in need of repairs. This position involves meticulous documentation and reporting of findings using both written formats and app-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly inspections of neighborhoods to identify violations of homeowner association rules.
- Evaluate common areas for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize an iPad to document findings effectively.
- Generate and submit reports through written documentation and app-driven methods.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation during inspections.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
