Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing shifts, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is also tasked with performing cash reconciliations and training new employees as well as supporting staff promotions. Candidates must possess previous leadership experience and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
