Job description
The Assistant Manager oversees shift operations involving a team of 3 to 10 staff members, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role includes managing cash reconciliations and facilitating training sessions for new employees as well as those promoted within the organization. Candidates should have previous leadership experience and the physical capability to remain on their feet for extended durations and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. There are no formal educational prerequisites for this position.
