Job Summary
This role involves providing technical leadership in the design, development, and integration of sophisticated electro-mechanical medical device systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to convert clinical requirements into compliant and innovative solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate efforts across various teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex medical device systems.
- Translate clinical needs into practical, compliant product designs and features.
- Oversee the integration process of electro-mechanical systems in medical devices.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices during product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in system architecture and requirements management.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the medical device development process.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
