Job Summary
The Assistant Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing daily operations, managing patient flow, and facilitating team collaboration to deliver outstanding patient care and achieve business objectives. This position requires active engagement on the practice floor to provide clinical assistance, promote optical sales, and support staff development, all under the supervision of the Practice Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily practice operations and patient care procedures.
- Support clinical tasks, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Facilitate optical sales and enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to staff development and training.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to meet practice goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in optical, healthcare, retail, or hospitality environments.
- 1-2 years of relevant leadership or supervisory experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Quick learner with practice systems and procedures.
