Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing shifts, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering outstanding customer service. In addition, they are tasked with managing cash reconciliations and training both new team members and staff being promoted. Applicants should have previous leadership experience to qualify for this position. While formal educational credentials are not mandatory, the ability to carry out physical responsibilities, including lifting items up to 50 lbs, is essential.
