Oversee clinical data management across multiple oncology programs, including CRO and vendor deliverables, external data workflows, database builds and testing, data review, and database lock readiness. Establish and improve compliant data management processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality, timely, inspection-ready trial data. Requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience), plus at least five years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology clinical data management experience. Candidates should bring hands-on CRO and vendor oversight, EDC and database experience, CDISC/SDTM knowledge, clinical data review expertise, and strong organizational and communication skills; oncology and advanced-phase trial experience are preferred.
