Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing shifts that include 3 to 10 team members, ensuring that quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are maintained. Responsibilities also encompass managing cash reconciliation and facilitating training for new staff as well as for existing team members who are being promoted. Candidates should have prior experience in a leadership role and must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended durations.
