They will be responsible for facilitating essential HR processes, overseeing both onboarding and offboarding procedures, and assisting with organizational change efforts. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential, and familiarity with cloud-based HRIS solutions such as Workday is necessary.
