Job description
The HR Business Partner will leverage their knowledge in employee relations, coaching, and workforce planning to collaborate with functional leaders in implementing people strategies. They will be responsible for facilitating essential HR processes, overseeing both onboarding and offboarding procedures, and assisting with organizational change efforts. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential, and familiarity with cloud-based HRIS solutions such as Workday is necessary.
