Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the custodial program to ensure high standards of service.
- Deliver structured training and mentorship to promote the professional growth of individuals with disabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a related field.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass federal background checks to gain access to the base.
