**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing store operations, focusing on customer service, supervising team members, and managing inventory. This position also involves ensuring the store remains clean, executing corporate policies, and safeguarding company assets. Applicants should possess prior experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting weights up to 55 lbs. Essential skills include effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and adept problem-solving. A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
