**Veterinary Receptionist**
The Veterinary Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for our clinic, overseeing appointment scheduling, managing patient traffic, and operating our multi-line phone systems. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding client interactions, processing payments, and offering important information to pet parents. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a reception position, with a preference for candidates who have experience in veterinary or healthcare settings. Excellent communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to navigate emotionally charged situations are essential for success in this role.
