**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily store activities, which encompass customer service, inventory control, and maintaining the facility. In addition, they provide support to the Store Manager in mentoring, supervising, and training store staff to maintain a secure and efficient work setting. Ideal candidates should possess experience in retail management and be capable of physical labor, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential to execute operational duties and lead the team successfully.
