**Job Title: Assistant Manager II**
The Assistant Manager II plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the store, which encompasses inventory oversight, product display strategies, and upholding store standards. This position is also responsible for overseeing and mentoring store staff while fostering a positive shopping environment and ensuring compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in retail management and must be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Strong abilities in communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential for successfully managing store operations and enhancing team performance.
