Additionally, they are involved in regular maintenance, conducting property inspections, and organizing repairs to maintain high occupancy rates and profitability. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in property management, hospitality, or maintenance, along with a foundational understanding of property repairs. Essential skills include excellent customer service, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work autonomously.
