**Job Title: Assistant Manager II**
The Assistant Manager II plays a key role in facilitating daily operations within the store, focusing on aspects such as customer service, inventory oversight, and upholding store standards. This position involves collaborating closely with the Store Manager to oversee, mentor, and develop store staff, all while fostering a safe and respectful workplace environment. Applicants should possess prior experience in retail management and demonstrate the capability to engage in physical activities, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Essential skills for this role include effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and adept problem-solving. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
