Job description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the store, which encompasses customer service, product arrangement, and upholding the store’s standards. This role also involves supporting the Store Manager in overseeing, training, and nurturing the development of store staff while ensuring that the environment remains safe and compliant. A high school diploma or its equivalent is desirable, along with prior experience in retail or grocery management. Applicants should be capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs, and should demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
