**Clinical Nurse Manager**
The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee the Obstetrics and Labor & Delivery departments by directing daily operations, workforce management, and budget oversight to guarantee excellent patient care. This role also emphasizes creating an environment that promotes professional development, safety, and ongoing enhancement through evidence-based practices and team building. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a current Missouri RN license or a valid compact multi-state license. A minimum of five years of experience as a hospital RN and at least two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity is required.
