Job description
The Assistant Manager II plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, which encompasses customer service, inventory control, and maintenance of the facility. Additionally, this position supports the Store Manager in the training, supervision, and development of store staff to uphold company standards. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical demands, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential for successful management of store functions.
