**Assistant Manager II**
The Assistant Manager II plays a crucial role in the functioning of store operations, which encompasses customer service, inventory oversight, and upkeep of the facility. Alongside the Store Manager, this position involves guiding, mentoring, and enhancing the skills of store associates to uphold company standards effectively. Applicants should possess a background in retail management and be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs.
