**Job Title: Assistant Manager II**
The Assistant Manager II plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the store, which encompasses inventory control, merchandising activities, and the upkeep of the facility. This position also involves collaborating with the Store Manager to oversee, mentor, and enhance the skills of store associates, all while delivering outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates should possess experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical responsibilities, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs.
