Job description
The Assistant Manager in Training collaborates with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, which involves supervising employees, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling cash, ensuring the store remains clean and adheres to company policies and safety regulations. Applicants should be a minimum of 21 years old, have a high school diploma, and possess at least three years of supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment. A valid driver’s license and the availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, are necessary.
