Job description
**Job Title:** Lift Operations Supervisor
The Lift Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily activities of the resort’s lift operations. This includes staff scheduling and guaranteeing that all safety protocols for opening and closing the lifts are followed. In addition, the supervisor leads the Lift Experience Team, tracks performance metrics, and ensures outstanding guest service while addressing any mountain-related concerns. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in lift or mountain operations. The position demands physical fitness to assist guests as needed, the capability to work in various weather conditions, and a willingness to maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
