The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulations and overseeing the services provided to individuals and families by the organization. This position also includes leadership and management responsibilities within the Compliance department. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree at a minimum and a minimum of 4 years of experience in DDA and MCO settings. The role entails weekly travel across Tennessee and requires a solid understanding of compliance related to funding sources.
