**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily functions of the store, enhancing sales results, and encouraging the team to deliver outstanding customer service. This role also involves acting as the communication bridge between the store and medical professionals while upholding visual merchandising and store standards. Ideal candidates will have a background in optical sales and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication abilities. Familiarity with computer systems and the capability to interpret financial reports are essential for successful store management.
