Job Summary
The Assistant Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in aiding the everyday operations, optimizing patient flow, and coordinating the team to guarantee outstanding patient care alongside effective business performances. This engaging position requires active participation on the practice floor, offering clinical support, enhancing optical sales, and fostering staff development under the supervision of the Practice Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations to ensure smooth practice functioning.
- Facilitate patient flow and enhance the patient experience.
- Provide clinical support and guidance to staff members.
- Promote and assist in optical sales activities.
- Support the development and training of team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, optical, retail, or hospitality environments.
- A minimum of 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational credential is necessary.
- Excellent communication abilities and a willingness to learn about practice systems and technology.
