Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in training and supervising staff, managing the daily operations of the store, and providing outstanding customer service. This position also involves overseeing inventory management, making purchases, and assisting with deliveries when necessary to ensure the store runs smoothly. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and must have a valid driver’s license with a spotless driving record. Essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to multitask to successfully coordinate store activities and support team members.
