The Temporary Returns Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and processing product returns efficiently. This position ensures that returned items are handled according to company policies and that customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the return process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the intake and documentation of returned products.
- Evaluate returns to determine product condition and eligibility for restocking.
- Coordinate with inventory management to update return records accurately.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product returns.

Qualifications
