Job description
**Service Manager**
The Service Manager is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, assigning work orders, and ensuring effective preventative maintenance initiatives are in place to uphold property standards. This role also involves managing the maintenance budget and collaborating with the Community Manager to enhance the property’s curb appeal and ensure resident satisfaction. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management maintenance, and at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role. Essential certifications required include EPA Type II or Universal, along with a valid driver’s license; CPO certification is necessary when applicable.
