**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in managing all operational aspects during shifts, which includes overseeing cost control, inventory management, and cash handling while upholding exceptional customer service standards. This position demands leading the team through exemplary behavior, making certain that company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Applicants should have solid decision-making abilities, proficient mathematical skills, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting. Furthermore, this role requires candidates to have a valid driver’s license, access to a fully insured vehicle, and the physical capability to complete tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and maneuvering through various delivery locations.
