Job description
**Recruiter**
The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing daily communication with clients, processing payroll on a weekly basis, and guiding applicants through the recruitment process. They lead orientation sessions, evaluate candidates, and foster strong relationships with clients to effectively meet their staffing requirements. Ideal candidates will possess solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, in addition to strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma is mandatory, while an associate degree is desirable, and prior experience in a customer service role or a dynamic working environment is crucial.
