**Assistant Nurse Manager**
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day clinical and operational activities to guarantee optimal patient care and effective team dynamics. This role involves guiding staff, implementing quality and safety programs, and maintaining adherence to regulatory guidelines. Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a valid Registered Nurse license in Georgia. A minimum of three years of nursing practice is required, with at least one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
