Job description
The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding a team to enhance sales performance, strengthen customer connections, and maintain superior operational standards. This position requires a careful integration of business goals with effective risk management while mentoring employees to provide exceptional financial services. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial sector, along with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness Program is mandatory prior to appointment.
