**Clinical Research Manager**
The Clinical Research Manager oversees the complete execution and management of designated clinical protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. They serve as the primary liaison between Country Operations and clinical trial teams, guiding local study teams to promote high performance and meet established timelines. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or a related field. Essential qualifications include robust project management capabilities, familiarity with local regulatory landscapes, and a solid understanding of clinical trial planning and performance metrics.
