The Assistant Plant Manager oversees daily operations of the plant and mechanical shops while providing leadership to approximately 45 employees. They are responsible for ensuring consistent policy enforcement, maintaining a safe work environment, and identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency. Candidates must have at least an associate degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman or management position within an industrial or farm environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
