Job Summary
The Director will be responsible for the overall product vision, strategic direction, and multi-year planning for the Enterprise AI Platform portfolio. This role involves leading interdisciplinary teams to implement scalable AI solutions, enhance platform usage, and set enterprise-wide standards for AI development.
Responsibilities
- Define and advocate for the product vision and strategic roadmap of the Enterprise AI Platform.
- Guide cross-functional teams to achieve scalable AI capabilities.
- Promote and increase the utilization of the platform across the enterprise.
- Establish and uphold standards for AI development within the organization.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive alignment across a matrix organization.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in product management, particularly in enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML technologies.
- Deep knowledge of modern AI architecture.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex organizational structure.
