**Job Title: Assistant Preconstruction Manager**
The Assistant Preconstruction Manager plays a vital role in the planning, coordination, and implementation of crane and hoist operations in the preconstruction phase. This position involves creating site layouts utilizing CAD, performing risk analysis, and overseeing budget management for equipment. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is highly preferred, coupled with 3 to 5 years of experience in preconstruction. Applicants should have a solid understanding of CAD software, alongside strong analytical and communication abilities.
