Job description
**Vice President of Maintenance**
The Vice President of Maintenance is responsible for supervising the FAA Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory standards and that the aircraft fleet is fully operational. This role involves scheduling maintenance, overseeing relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and leading the maintenance team to reduce aircraft downtime effectively. Applicants must have an FAA A&P License and a minimum of 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within Part 145 operations. Candidates should also be skilled in maintenance management software such as FlightDocs or CAMP and possess strong written communication abilities.
