**Assistant Production Manager**
The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for supervising everyday production processes, which encompass sorting, processing, and managing inventory. This role involves guiding the team to achieve productivity and quality targets. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Production Manager ensures that operations run smoothly, safety regulations are followed, and effective loss prevention strategies are in place. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, accompanied by a minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience in a retail setting. Essential skills include strong leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication, as well as the capacity to handle physical tasks and uphold safety protocols.
