**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing everyday operations of the store, which encompasses customer service, managing inventory, and upholding store standards. They aid the Store Manager in overseeing, training, and mentoring associates while fostering a safe and respectful workplace culture. Ideal candidates will possess experience in retail management and the capability to perform physical duties, including lifting weights of up to 55 lbs. Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential for effectively managing operational tasks and leading the team.
