Job description
The Assistant Program Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, which includes supervising staff, creating schedules, and upholding compliance with licensing regulations and safety protocols. This role involves providing direct assistance to youth, maintaining effective communication with families, and leading team meetings to guarantee the delivery of exceptional care. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a residential environment and exhibit excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities. An associate’s degree is desirable, along with proven leadership skills and experience in managing client cases efficiently.
