Job description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in aiding the Restaurant Manager with the management of daily operations, both in the dining area and kitchen, to guarantee top-notch food quality and service. Key responsibilities include training personnel, overseeing inventory, and ensuring a safe, hygienic, and financially successful restaurant atmosphere. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy restaurant setting is required, along with robust leadership and operational capabilities. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and physically capable of enduring long periods of standing and lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
