**Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in aiding the Store Manager with everyday operations, which encompass inventory checks, managing vendor deliveries, and handling financial responsibilities. This position also involves guiding the team, maintaining outstanding customer service, and stepping in for the manager when needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years in retail store management. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be capable of performing physical activities, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
