Job description
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in aiding the Store Manager with the management of daily retail functions, sales performance, and the overall presentation of the store. This position involves guiding the team, guaranteeing top-notch customer service, and handling store security as well as administrative responsibilities. Applicants should have completed Sales Specialist Training, hold an Assistant Manager Certification, and possess RSS Certification. Additionally, fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly preferred, along with prior experience in retail leadership.
