**Boutique Manager**
The Boutique Manager is responsible for managing the store’s daily operations, achieving sales targets, and guiding a team to deliver an exceptional, luxury shopping experience. Key duties include overseeing inventory control, enhancing visual merchandising, and fostering a high-performing team culture through strategic coaching and client engagement. Ideal candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a luxury retail environment, along with demonstrated success in managing sales teams. This position calls for robust leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
