**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager oversees business operations, supervises inventory management, and ensures all departments function efficiently. They are tasked with guiding and nurturing the store team to enhance sales and deliver outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess 1-3 years of experience in retail and a high school diploma or its equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous. The position necessitates the capability to lift weights of up to 60 pounds, uphold Food Safety certification, and maintain a flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
