Job description
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Restaurant Leader to achieve operational success and foster the company culture. Key duties involve supervising daily shift operations, managing cash handling procedures, and guaranteeing that the establishment adheres to all safety and sanitation requirements. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or retail sector and must be at least 18 years old. Additionally, a high school diploma or its equivalent and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
