**Optometric Tech Supervisor**
The Optometric Tech Supervisor collaborates with the Managing Doctor to provide exceptional patient care and ensure the achievement of critical performance metrics for the store. This role involves training personnel, overseeing patient flow, and upholding the accuracy of patient records in line with company policies. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in patient services or a related area. Successful candidates will exhibit robust leadership, communication, and organizational abilities to effectively manage both the doctor’s support staff and patient interactions.
