**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager oversees all business functions, manages stock levels, and guarantees operational efficiency throughout various departments. This role involves leading and mentoring the store team to boost sales, uphold safety regulations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years in the retail sector and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those holding a degree in a pertinent field. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold Food Safety certification, and be able to handle physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 60 pounds.
