The Site Director plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulations, managing precise documentation, and supervising the daily operations of the program. This position will involve leading staff and children in various engaging activities, acting as the main point of contact between families and the school administration. Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related area such as Early Childhood Education or Child Development, alongside 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a thorough background investigation and demonstrate the physical ability to fulfill childcare responsibilities.
